Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. It appeared connected, but either did not work at all or worked for a minute before showing "connected, no internet access." When I raised the issue at reception, the staff simply rolled their eyes and implied that I didn't know how to use it. There were also maintenance issues in the room. The bathroom door lock did not work, and the bathroom radiator/heater was not functioning either. Parking is available only for an additional fee per night (€19.50), and the entrance to the parking area is very tight and difficult to navigate. The parking garage also has a very limited number of spaces available. In addition, on two separate days, some kind of work was being carried out in the garage, resulting in a very strong and unpleasant odor that spread throughout the ground floor and into the elevators. The smell was noticeable and quite unpleasant. The room itself felt quite outdated. The room description mentioned designer toiletries and a safety deposit box, but neither of these was provided. There was a refrigerator in the room, but that was about the only extra amenity available. The only real positive was the central location. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations set by its description.
Breakfast and location the best bits and liked the water on arrival. The hotel inside was dated, drab and rooms did not match the destination and popping images on their website. Came away feeling like we'd been duped. Functional yes. Clean yes. Luxurious it is not.
I went to Andorra for a few days and it's truly a very well-located hotel, everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff were excellent. The only downside is that the refrigerator is a bit small, but it's a minor detail.
€80 for a room including breakfast and €10 for parking. The room was okay, clean but cramped and small. The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower screen... and the toilet was crammed between the bathtub and the sink. Because of the toilet paper holder, I had to contort myself and be extremely careful at night not to hurt myself, as it further narrowed the space! I found that truly awful. Everyone was nice and friendly. I didn't have dinner there, as the opportunity didn't arise. Breakfast was average: no baguette or rolls, just mini croissants and toast, no scrambled or fried eggs, and the bacon wasn't properly cooked but rather steamed. Well, it didn't impress me. The vegetables seemed a bit old. All in all, it could be €20 cheaper and would look much better!
Motorcycle parking €10 in the underground garage Affordable room in a central location A very good breakfast with sparkling wine 🥂 Perfect for a road trip We couldn't open the room window until after midnight because the air conditioner in the courtyard was so loud
A good choice. Very central hotel with excellent value for money with a very pleasant and professional treatment. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. The restaurant was also at the same level, we loved the Petits Plaers menu both for its quality and for the variety of dishes. Without a doubt a place to return and recommend.
