Too bad you have a coffee maker in the room, but if you want to make coffee, you have to pay. Very good location.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

I booked a superior room based on the photos on the hotel's website. When I arrived, the room looked nothing like the photos; it was much smaller, and the bathroom was completely different. I went down to reception and told the receptionist that the room I had paid for didn't match the one I'd been given. He insisted that it was a superior room and that it was mine. I showed him the photos they have published of that room category, and he kept saying, "Well, that's a superior room too." I asked him, "Then why do the photos on the website for the superior room look nothing like the superior room you gave me?" He couldn't answer me. He told me there were different superior rooms and that I got stuck with that one, hahaha. I think it's awful that if there are different superior rooms and they all have the same price, and I paid what I did for it, they put me in such a small room that looks nothing like the photos on the website, while other customers pay the same as me and get a proper superior room, just like the ones in the photos… Anyway, the receptionist refused to change my room. I was just defending what I had booked and paid for, and that room was completely different. I'm very upset and feel cheated.

We booked a suite; the decor was a bit dated, and the spa in the suite wasn't working the first night, but the staff were responsive and everything was working again the next day. The terrace was pleasant and enjoyable.

An unbeatable stay, the room, breakfast, restaurant and staff were all perfect, the ideal place to visit Andorra.

Hotel with good service but very outdated and lacking in rooms, no chair for clothes, bathtub without a screen and without shower gel, everything needs improvement for a 4-star hotel, breakfast is mediocre

Having the same problem as other guests. Its 30 degrees outside, hotter inside and the AC cannot be switched on. The advert said air conditioned room. There's no insect net and I also have hay fever. The view from the balcony is very nice and so is the bathroom. We have a superior room which is nice and the price was great, but no ac in a heatwave when the advert said there was, and no insect net in a four star hotels superior room is not acceptable. Way too hot to sleep, I now have a major headache and the room is getting hotter even with the door wide open. Even this google maps page is incorrect, stating all rooms have ac. Its not ok.

Room temperature was so hot and we couldn’t turn on the AC , when i asked for help they said AC will be in operation from June. There is no insect screen on the windows , no air circulation in the room with hot temperature. We still had to open the windows, super noisy outside and lots of mosquitoes came to the room. I couldn’t sleep during the whole stay! I can’t believe a 4 star hotel with no AC . Terrible experience!

Great spot to be able to go shopping

We stayed in a spectacular suite, very spacious and comfortable. The room had a king-size bed, a terrace with a table, a sofa area, and a separate TV, as well as a desk with a coffee maker, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was another highlight: a jacuzzi, separate shower, bidet, and separate toilet. On the sink, we found a tray with several very useful items, such as shower caps, a shaving kit, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. They also provided towels of different sizes, which is always appreciated. In the closet, there were bathrobes, slippers, a sewing kit, and shoe bags, adding extra comfort and attention to detail. We were truly comfortable throughout our stay. The location is central and close to parking, making it very easy to get around and park. Furthermore, upon our departure, they gave us a thoughtful touch that made all the difference: a bag with two bottles of water and some snacks for our trip. Without a doubt, a gesture that demonstrates their care and attention to customer service.

They're doing construction upstairs and there's no way to take a nap, and it's a Saturday. We mentioned it to reception yesterday and they simply didn't care. The internal phone isn't working... And to top it all off, they gave us one room and booked us for another. The room itself was very nice, and the cleaning service was impeccable. Will I return? Not if I can help it.
