Hotel NH Andorra La Vella

The receptionists were spectacular (Clemencia helped us with everything) and another Argentinian from Neuquén (I don't remember her name) was the same.

Excellent service, perfect, everything was great, I was delighted, a 10 out of 10!

Simply lovely and very comfortable, specious room and bathroom. Good strong water pressure. Location is very convenient, short walk to bus station, shops and old town. However pieces of furniture seems to be missing. A sofa without the coffee table. No drinking glasses. Not a big deal but would be nice.

The hotel is located in the very center of Andorra's capital, with all the sights within walking distance. The room is clean and spacious, but unfortunately, there are no slippers, robes, or even a kettle—an odd state of affairs for a 4-star hotel. The receptionist was polite and professional, helping us with directions and calling a taxi. Thanks.

The hotel is completely unfinished, the beds are harder than sleeping on asphalt, the showers have less water pressure than a park fountain, and on top of that, they don't even provide complimentary water. €3.84 for a small plastic bottle of water from the minibar. We won't be back!

The rooms were quiet despite the central location, creating a relaxing environment after a long day. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and any questions or requests were handled promptly and politely. The service felt organized and customer-focused. The hotel also maintains high standards of cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas. The atmosphere overall feels modern, comfortable, and welcoming. Overall, a reliable and comfortable hotel with excellent location, spacious rooms, and quality service. NH Andorra La Vella is a great option for both short and extended stays in the city.
