Acta Arthotel

The hotel is very clean and well-located near the main shopping street. Parking is available for a fee, but at a preferential rate. We came with our dog, Splitz, and unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at breakfast. Why not, for example, open the terrace so we could have breakfast with our furry friend? Otherwise, the service was really excellent. 👌

Beautiful hotel in the city center. Ample parking. Excellent food. Very clean, deserves its stars. Excellent breakfast.

Fantastic service!!!

A 4-night stay in this very well-located hotel, a 5-minute walk from all the shops – ideal. Public parking is connected to the hotel with a preferential rate of €17/day (elevator directly to the desired floor). Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am and was very good and plentiful, with freshly squeezed orange juice, a variety of fruit, fresh pastries, plenty of savory options, and omelets made to order! Really good. Finally, the room was large and spacious, with a closet and a spotless bathroom with a shower. We were on the 2nd floor for the first night, but there was a lot of noise due to construction work outside. We asked to change rooms, and the receptionist (who spoke a little French, like everyone else there) was lovely and gave us one of the best rooms on the 4th floor with a river view. Very pleasant staff. I didn't try the hotel restaurant, but there's excellent sushi right next door (and Burger King for a quick bite). On arrival and departure, we were offered two bottles of water, which was a nice touch! In short, a very good hotel that I recommend without hesitation. Thank you for this excellent stay.

Spacious room with an extra-large bathtub, clean, but a major problem: the bathroom and towels smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was very unpleasant. A tray and bowl were provided for the dog, but they were removed from the foot of the bed. Breakfast was served in a dated and dirty room. The juice was made with real oranges, but there was dirt in the glass, and the pastries weren't very good. The underground parking was convenient.

The location was excellent, and the room was also very nice. There were a few cracked tiles and grout in the bathroom, but nothing too bothersome. Breakfast included coffee and other hot drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice and other fresh juices, a cheese corner, pastries, a hot food corner with bacon, sausage, chorizo, various beans, and rolls.

From the moment we arrived, our experience was positive. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us lots of helpful advice. We loved the breakfast, which clearly exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and quality. The room was large, clean, and modern.

The hotel is wonderful and the staff are all very friendly. Every time we go to Andorra we stay there because it's a comfortable hotel, it's clean, the location is perfect since you're right in the center, there's parking, and the river views are simply marvelous.
