Excellent stay at the Suites Plaza Hotel & Wellness in Andorra! ⭐️ The welcome was fantastic from beginning to end, with truly lovely staff who were always smiling and available. The rooms are magnificent, very comfortable, and spotless. Housekeeping was perfect every day; we wanted for absolutely nothing. The breakfasts were generous with plenty of choice, perfect for starting the day right. A big plus was the wellness area: the hammam, sauna, and gym were fantastic after a day of sightseeing. A true 5-star hotel where you feel right at home. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

The experience was quite bad. My mother and I stayed in a Junior Suite at a 5-star hotel, and as soon as we arrived in the room, my mother found a bed bug on the bed. We immediately notified the hotel: they removed the insect with a tissue and moved us to another room, but we received neither an apology nor a proper explanation. Furthermore, they insisted that "there are no bed bugs in Andorra" and that it must have come in through the window. We were also surprised by the different treatment we received for having booked through an external platform (Amimir). The room didn't have slippers or a bathrobe, and when we asked for them, we were told that these services are only offered to those who book directly with the hotel. They finally gave us slippers because my mother needed them to move around the room, but this is not the level of service one expects in an establishment of this category. During the night, we couldn't turn off the air conditioning, and the staff's response was quite rude. The next day, at breakfast, the yogurt was frozen; the employee simply told us that one part of the refrigerator freezes too much, without offering any solution. The bathroom in the Junior Suite was very outdated and didn't live up to the image or standard expected of a 5-star hotel. The only positive aspect was the parking service: they allowed us to leave the car until after lunch once we had checked out of the room, although we had to pay €30 for one day of parking. I should also mention that you can bring your pet; the price is €16 per night, and they provide a food bowl and some treats for the dog. Overall, and considering everything that happened, the stay didn't meet our expectations for a hotel of this category.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

This is our second time at this hotel, and I highly recommend it. It's a great option. The staff is excellent!
