Very good establishment

The best hotel in all of Andorra! The jacuzzi was fantastic, and the duplex rooms were perfect. Thanks to the two girls at reception 24/7; they brought everything we asked for right away, and the prices were amazing! The best thing to do on vacation!

It was a wonderful weekend. The service was fantastic! There was a mistake with the spa booking, and they were incredibly helpful. The room with a view and breakfast by the river... simply delightful.

Very nice and elegant hotel, I had a great time, I went half board and it was really good value for what was in our offer...to put a but, I think they should change the bathtubs, worn out over the years and that the cleaning ladies do their job well...a lot of limescale on the screens that tarnish the very elegant bathrooms that are there, the corners of the bathrooms should also be cleaned better...regarding the spa, well then very small, a hammam, a sauna and a jacuzzi for 4 people touching our feet, I can think that there are spaces to do the most. But the people at the hotel are very helpful and friendly so in this aspect you feel at home.

Very nice place with very good breakfast. Some rooms have the river view. Spa (sauna, hamam, jacuzzi) is good as well.

A good hotel, but a bit too far from the city center. The spa is very decent. It's a shame the parking lot is so far from the hotel, and the reserved parking spaces in front are often occupied by delivery trucks. This isn't convenient for hotel guests. Overall, a good establishment.

I loved it! You can park in the parking lot and walk to the shopping area and city center in 10 minutes. I stayed in the master suite and it's spectacular 😍

Hey there! My wife and I had a wonderful stay with you. The entire staff was incredibly kind to us, which made our stay so enjoyable. Apart from the air conditioning working a little too well, everything was great. The gym could be a bit bigger. We'll definitely be back! Thank you so much, 🇲🇫😇

I can only say that I will do it again...

Friendly staff, with a particular fondness for the blonde lady at reception. The room had two separate beds instead of one double bed, a recurring problem in Andorra la Vella, and frankly, it's awful! While there were rooms with double beds available (checked at the time of booking and check-in, at least that's what the booking sites and their websites displayed), the hotelier clearly made no effort. The room itself was nice, which somewhat made up for the two single beds... The bathroom was outdated. There was air conditioning in the room even though the pool was closed because it wasn't the season. However, it was the season for air conditioning, so it was impossible to turn on the heating in the room. Where's the logic in that? Knowing that we were there at the beginning of June, it was truly freezing in the evenings, and even worse at night; people were even wearing down jackets in the streets, which says it all. The spa reception was excellent; the gentleman was very pleasant. The hammam could be much better, but otherwise, everything else was fine.
