On Saturday I participated in a film event. I thought it was very good, as was the venue and the warm welcome. Thank you.

I had 15 days to request legal advice, and the day before, I received an email saying they couldn't assist me and that it would have to be online, even though I was standing right outside the community center. Very poor service, especially after I told them it was urgent.
