Old, neglected hotel

We arrived on Sunday and overall had a great experience at this hotel. Initially, we weren’t too happy with the room we were given, so we asked if any upgrades were available. The receptionist (I believe her name was Luna) was extremely helpful and checked availability for us. She explained that nothing was free that day but asked us to return the next day after check-out time. When we came back, she wasn’t on shift, but she had already left detailed notes on our booking, which made everything seamless. The team then gave us keys to view two alternative rooms and choose what suited us best. The room we chose was excellent, a lovely open terrace with extended glass balcony views, plus a shower and jacuzzi, which really made the stay feel special. My partner and daughter were very happy with the upgrade. The reception team really stood out. Staff like Luna, Lydia, Tommy, and Oscar were all incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond from recommending restaurants to helping with bookings and taxis. If I had my own hotel business, I would definitely hire all of the staff here. They are extremely professional and a real asset to the company. The management should be proud to have a team like this. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, and I would definitely recommend it.

A decent hotel that's showing its age. It urgently needs renovation.

Very disappointing hotel, conditions and pathetic food. I do not recommend !! I'm not coming back.

The hotel shows signs of wear and tear in several places, cracked tiles at the children's pool where you can cut your feet, our toilet door was rotten due to moisture, the front door did not close tightly so there was noise from the hallway. The food is ok. If you are traveling with small children, it is not recommended as there is extensive noise from 11 am to 10:30 pm including very loud music and shows in the evening.

In terms of location and rooms, I would give it a high rating. However, regarding the food service, and having stayed at almost all the hotels in this chain, this one completely disappointed me. It doesn't live up to a 4-star rating, neither in presentation, variety, nor quality of some of the items. I saw that there were various opinions, both positive and negative, which I read before making the reservation, and I still decided to go ahead with the experience. But I'm more inclined to agree with the people who left negative reviews about the food than the positive ones. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, at least not this one; I would opt for another in the chain, like Buenaventura. As for the public relations department, they were completely unhelpful with suggestions or negative comments. Their responses included apologies and a promise to continue working on improving the negative points, but it seems that everything remains the same.

Very child-friendly

A wonderful stay; the cleanliness, the service, the comfort of the room, the silence during sleeping hours, everything was very pleasant, I would definitely repeat the experience.

We had such a wonderful experience with Yana! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the session. The photos turned out absolutely stunning—natural, elegant, and beautifully captured moments. We are truly grateful for these memories and would highly recommend Yana to anyone looking for high-quality photography!

The hotel needs renovation, especially the rooms. The pool wasn't heated, even though it should have been. The food was subpar. I don't recommend this hotel; there are certainly better options in the area.

Very disappointed with the service I received at the hotel. I had a terrible experience. We were trapped in the hotel elevator for over half an hour, and after they finally let us out, no hotel manager came out to apologize or offer any explanation. The elevator's emergency phone wasn't working, and with the weak signal I had, I was able to contact reception. At reception, I went to ask for a complaint form, but in the end, I decided against it. They told me they would contact me to offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Today is April 5th, and no one has contacted me yet. To top it all off, I missed the lunch buffet because it was already closed when we finally got out of the elevator.
