What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, nice gardens, and good food and drink selection, with many recommending it for families due to the pools and water park. However, a common complaint is that the hotel is showing its age and is in urgent need of renovation, particularly in the hallways and lifts, with some also finding the entertainment to be average.

Good hotel in a good location. Nice garden, good food, well-served, large restaurant. Heated pool, shuttle bus to the beach. Hallways need renovation. Polish animator, average entertainment. Stayed in February.

A very nice hotel located right next to the dunes, close to the city center and shopping malls. Good food and alcohol. Clean rooms, cleaned daily. Great service. I recommend it.

The experience was fantastic! We were there last summer, the entertainers were amazing and everything was great. We wanted to go for 10 days in May and it was fully booked, what a shame! We'll definitely go again. I went with my mom and daughter 💕💕💕💕

The best thing about the hotel was the staff, who were generally very friendly and helpful, and the pools and gardens, which were quite nice, especially if you're traveling with children and going to the water park. However, there's a major drawback: it's a hotel geared towards foreign tourists, with the entertainment, food, and mealtimes all designed with them in mind. The food, apart from breakfast which was slightly better (though that seems like a battleground), is very average, not to mention the themed evenings. To top it off, we got food poisoning one night... I'm afraid we'll choose a different place to stay next time.
