The pool closes at 6 pm. Awful, disastrous. Very bad.

Great Adult only hotel. We stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel was very clean, check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, TV, free safe, and hairdryer. The food was very good with plenty of choice, although it became a little repetitive after a few days. We chose to stick with the standard All Inclusive package as the Premium upgrade didn't seem to offer much extra value. The pool area is excellent, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available at all times. We also enjoyed the free spa facilities, including the gym, jacuzzis, steam room, and sauna. The entertainment team provided great activities during the day and enjoyable evening shows. The location is ideal, with Maspalomas only a short walk away and a bus stop right outside the hotel, making transfers from the airport easy and inexpensive. Overall, a great hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff, and great value for money. We'd happily stay here again.

We only spent the day there, but it seemed ideal for a special day out with friends. The food was good, the service was good, and the atmosphere was very pleasant, in keeping with the adults-only theme.

This was my second stay at the Gran Canaria Princess from May 16th to 25th, 2026, and I once again had a wonderful week's holiday. Below, in the second part, is my review from January 2026, which I've supplemented with the names of new people I met and had the pleasure of chatting with: Salma at reception, who was finishing her internship, and Ievgeniia. I was delighted to see Haridian, Marta, Tina, Amanda, and Jaime again. They are all helpful, kind, smiling, and very available. It was a pleasure to talk with them. Always a kind word, a smile. How lovely! Beatriz cleaned my room with Chessi, Feliza, and Miriam. They work very hard and are always smiling and kind. I saw Sandra upstairs. At the restaurant during breakfast, I saw Candi, Gregorio, Emilia, and Janet again. They all work very hard and complete their tasks quickly, just like all their colleagues, to ensure customer satisfaction—a truly fantastic job. It was very pleasant to have breakfast around 10:15 am without feeling rushed by the staff. Vanessa, the new security guard at the hotel parking entrance, is very friendly and has excellent interpersonal skills. The room is still spacious, and the free safe is a nice touch. The hotel's location remains excellent. It's central, with the bus stop right in front. The service from all the staff is truly wonderful. You feel right at home! All the staff deserve a 5-star rating. First review published in January following my one-week stay in January 2026: A magnificent stay with incredibly kind staff. First and foremost, Haridian, who provided me with information about the hotel and answered all my questions. She did everything she could to meet my needs and ensure my satisfaction. She is helpful, kind, smiling, and very available. When I arrived, Jaime checked me in. He was very pleasant, kind, welcoming, and helpful. I also saw Marta, Amanda, and Tina at reception, who speak excellent French. They were very kind, attentive, available, polite, and always smiling. They are elegant, as are the men, all dressed in black. At the restaurant during breakfast, I saw many employees, including Candi, Gregorio, Daisy, and others whose names I don't know. They all work very hard and quickly to satisfy all the guests. Janet, the restaurant manager, was very welcoming, smiling, and genuinely kind. The housekeepers, Sandra and Estrella, were lovely. They are all very dedicated to the well-being of the guests. They work hard and are professional. The room is large for one person and very well furnished. A small fridge that kept the temperature cool, coffee pods, decaf, tea, a kettle, a large bottle of water upon arrival, a TV, and a free safe. The bathroom was very functional and the room very clean. DANIEL, BAKARY, and ALVARO from the maintenance department were very responsive. In the lobby, next to the reception desk, there are three elevators, which I found quick. We're on vacation, and you have to be patient, but some guests want everything immediately; it's a shame about that kind of behavior. I only had breakfast at the hotel, and there's a very pleasant terrace around 10:00 AM for some peace and quiet. One evening, I asked if I could have dinner at the hotel. I paid €20 for the all-you-can-eat evening buffet, drinks were extra. I've forgotten to mention other people I met during my stay who work at this hotel and do their utmost to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. I hope the customer service department will pass on my thanks and congratulations to all the staff. It's so nice to feel at home, like part of a family.

We had a great experience at the hotel, very good food, staff and service, the facilities were also perfect. If I had to point out something, dinner starts too early, and the pool also closes very early. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially thanks to Rassoul for his attention, who explained everything perfectly.
