Sentido Gran Canaria Princess
Visitors frequently praise the Sentido Gran Canaria Princess for its cleanliness, spacious and comfortable rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. However, some guests find the all-inclusive food options underwhelming and repetitive, and a few have complained about the pool closing at 6 pm.

Good hotel with fantastic amenities. All inclusive and no children
Our experience at the Princess Hotel with the All-Inclusive service was very positive overall. The hotel's infrastructure is very well designed. It has several bars distributed throughout the ground floor, in addition to the pool bar, making it easy to enjoy drinks and snacks without having to travel far. The room was comfortable and spacious. We stayed in a twin room and were quite content. Areas for improvement include the television offering more entertainment options and the bathroom's design. In the shower, the faucet is located on one wall and the showerhead on the opposite, making it somewhat awkward to adjust the water without getting wet. We also think the air conditioning could be a bit more powerful. As for the food, we found it to be very good in general, as well as the bar service. The only weak point was the desserts, which we considered the least noteworthy part of the culinary offerings. Special mention to Oliver from the reception team. During our stay, they helped us on several occasions, offering quick, efficient, and highly professional solutions to any problems that arose. Their attention made a very positive difference to our experience. We also want to highlight the entertainment team. They organize a wide variety of activities, are very dynamic, and ensure that guests have fun participating in sports and other entertainment options throughout the day. The pool is very well designed, with two distinct levels: a more relaxed area for sitting or lying in the water and a deeper area for swimming. We also really enjoyed the wellness area; it has four jacuzzis and quiet spaces ideal for relaxing if you're looking for a more tranquil atmosphere. In short, we had a very good experience at this hotel, especially with the All-Inclusive service. There are a few details that could be improved, but overall, the combination of facilities, service, and attention was excellent. It is definitely a highly recommended option for enjoying a holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.
From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The reception staff were simply fantastic, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped inside. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and meticulously maintained, combining comfort, good taste, and impeccable cleanliness that is evident in every corner of the hotel. The entire hotel team stood out for their friendliness, professionalism, and constant attention, always ensuring we had everything we needed and that our stay was perfect. I can only say that we will be back very soon. I didn't want to leave, which speaks volumes about the experience. Without a doubt, a top-notch hotel that exceeded all expectations, and one we can't wait to return to.
So let's start with the good points. Hotel very clean and tidy, rooms a a very generous size and the bed was HUGE, some have said the beds too firm, but for us just fine. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Pool area, fantastic, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas (they don't allow reserved sunbeds before 10, and remove any towls left!! (BRILLIANT)) There was building work going on when we were here, but it was not a problem for us, you soon got used to the little noise. Now the few bad points... the food. Not the largest selection, and some items often 'ran out' they could not restock fast enough, we found lots of the 'hot breakfast' items weren't! But MOST alarming was the cross contamination with food and utensils. The wife asked for an omelette one morning, only to realise that while the cheff was cooking it was using the same tool to cook fish!! On the same griddle (She us major fish allergic) THIS IS VERY BAD CATERING PRACTICE and needs to be addressed before there is a major incident. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not come back in a hurry
A very pleasant hotel reserved for adults. Entertainment every evening and activities during the day.
