Gold Playa del Ingles
Visitors consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and attentive staff, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, some guests found the hotel to be pricey, and a common complaint is the difficulty in securing sunbeds due to early towel reservations.

Ok hotel very clean breakfast ok a lot of processed meats and cheeses, serving staff ok but don't interact with guests,q pools very good no evening dinner private restaurant in hotel, bit pricey, closed on Monday and as they run the hotel bar you can't get a drink either!! Enjoyed but wouldn't return
Dear Guest! Dear Guest! The GOLD is truly a fantastic hotel – it's no wonder I've stayed here several times. The staff are all incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The buffet breakfast is a feast for the eyes and a real treat! Everyone is sure to find something they like, and I personally love the wide selection of fresh fruit! The hotel's white and turquoise color scheme creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere, where I feel very comfortable! The location is perfect for me. It's about a 10-minute walk to Playa del Inglés or the Yumbo Centre. All in all, a very beautiful and simply wonderful hotel that I will certainly visit again. Thank you!
I never leave reviews, but with this hotel, I feel I need to. Firstly, our flight was delayed and when we eventually arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco, and a bottle of wine in our room with a note, which was a good touch. The breakfast was really good, freshly cooked eggs and bacon, with the rest of the stuff spot on, a special mention to the fresh orange juice machine. The sun loungers and pool were very good, from giving us fresh towels pool side, to finding a space to lounge without the stress of it being busy. The staff were very friendly, from the chefs to the cleaners, we were made to feel appreciated, which added to the relaxation. Our room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed, including an electric stove, my only feedback would be with the terrace room, the lounge area outside was under a palm tree, so we were greeted with bits of the tree each morning, but nothing you couldn’t easily get rid of. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.
We have been holidaying here for 5 yrs now twice yearly. Can honestly say its faultless. We absolutely love it here. Its just beautiful, chilled and relaxed. The staff are just so welcoming nothing is too much trouble. Its spotlessly clean. Breakfast is really good something for every one. Close to beach , shopping centres with a variety of bars. Honestly we cant say a bad word. Thank you again for a,wonderful stay. See you October Xxxx
