Impressively well-maintained, stylish resort! 👌🏼 A few more highlights here and there and it's "perfect"! The rooms are completely white, and the entire resort features a few colorful accents... The rooms (which resemble apartments without a kitchen) are to my liking…white, minimalist, but equipped with everything you need (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV with all streaming services, etc.)…Everything feels open and airy…Only the toilet remains a private/quiet zone 😉…from daybeds and several lounges to sunbathing options in and around the pool…Centrally located yet very quiet…Distances are short, and there's good infrastructure for getting around by car, taxi, bus, or on foot…Those who look will find more here than just the dunes or the Jumbo Center…Gran Canaria is growing (slowly)…The staff, breakfast, and bar (they'll provide a glass of wine until midnight) are unbeatable 😉👌🏼 The team puts their heart into it, and you can feel it! I'll be back for a fifth, sixth…time. This is what service and hospitality should be like ♥️ Thank you!
The service was unfortunately very poor. I wanted to order a coffee, but they kept giving me the runaround, saying they didn't have time because they had to take an order at the bar. After waiting an hour, I practically gave up on ordering. A day pass I won't be repeating.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Seven Hotel & Wellness for the wonderful stay last week. From management to service staff, the treatment we received was exceptional. Their effort to attend to every detail and make us feel at home was evident. Without a doubt, a place I highly recommend and one I hope to return to soon.
Came here on a guest pass and have done before food is amazing nothing to much trouble staff are always very friendly and professional
Another stay at this excellent resort, I am already a returning customer but enjoy it every time. The lovely service from the staff, the bar and restaurant open until late, the large sunbed area, the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna area and of course the opportunity to meet new friends or just relax in peace with a drink. Thank you for another wonderful stay, will be back again soon.
