Overall, everything was great and I have no complaints. The only downsides were that the food was a bit repetitive and there weren't enough parking spaces available at the hotel.

Large and comfortable rooms. Superior hotel entertainment. Varied buffet. Large swimming pools ideal for children.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because the accommodation managers let a group of English families do practically whatever they wanted. The children of these tourists insulted both adults and children, including resort staff, and hit many children. Furthermore, their parents were also insulting them, defending the indefensible. On several occasions, the police came to take down their information because they had received numerous complaints and reports, yet they remain at the hotel instead of being evicted. Otherwise, everything was fine. The hotel is very nice and clean. I also had a problem with the air conditioning, and they changed my room and compensated me with two spa passes. My complaint is that there needs to be a stricter approach with foreigners and non-foreigners alike, but especially with foreigners who seem to have free rein.

It's very nice, but they should have rooms for large families, like in our case, where we have two adults, two teenagers, and a six-year-old child. The child is small and fits between the adults or the children. They automatically gave me two rooms, and it ended up being very expensive.

We had already enjoyed our first stay at Alannia Resorts Salou and were so pleased that we didn't hesitate to book a second weekend. Big mistake. When booking through their website, the "1 child free" promotion appeared with a €100 discount. I signed up, convinced, but when I checked the confirmation, I saw that the child wasn't included in the reservation. I called to correct it—something that should have been a simple adjustment—and the response was outrageous: €94 to add the child and an additional €27 "modification fee." In other words, the "free" child ended up costing €121. To make matters worse, at that moment, the same reservation for the same dates on their website was €190 cheaper than what I had booked. So, not only did they not include the child, but I'm also paying more for the same thing. I purchased the free cancellation insurance, but as you know, everything they don't want is hidden in the fine print. What hurts the most isn't the money, it's the attitude. No solutions, no gestures, no empathy. In any self-respecting business, customer service needs to be handled with a minimum of tact, especially with customers who have already proven their loyalty. They've achieved the exact opposite of what a resort should strive for: ensuring that a satisfied customer never returns. I don't recommend booking directly with them. Be wary of the promotions on their website: what seems like a discount can turn into a trap of fine print and unexpected charges.

The noise from upstairs and from people coming up the stairs was awful; traveling with a baby and being put downstairs is terrible, I'm speechless. How could I sleep with all the footsteps? The rooms are terribly constructed and completely soundproofed. The toilet tank from the upstairs bathroom kept coming back up, and no matter how many times I flushed, it wouldn't go away. Besides having absolutely no privacy since there's no separate bathroom, the bathroom design is hideous.

The room we were given for two people, I didn't like the bed layout at all, and neither did the bathroom.

Very nice hotel with a child-friendly pool area. The pool area is not very suitable for adults, but it works well with children. The accommodations were in nice separate houses. In them, the sounds from upstairs can be heard really well downstairs, just normal walking echoes downstairs. Walking distance from the beach and shopping street. We were at the end of May with the child's football team in the Barcelona Cup over the weekend and it worked great for this. Particularly comprehensive and varied buffet and breakfast. First time in Salou and I was really impressed with the trip and the place, as well as the hotel. Shop 5 minutes walk away.

Everything was great; this is our third year back. The quality-price ratio is excellent. It's fantastic for children, who always have a great time. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious. We'll definitely be back.

We are very happy with our experience at the hotel. This is our second year here, and we're sure it won't be our last. It's a fantastic destination for a relaxing family vacation with children. The facilities are excellent, with two swimming pools: one for children and one for adults, both with water slides. The staff is very attentive and friendly, from the reception staff and buffet staff to the entertainment team who liven up the day with their dances and games. We are especially grateful to Daniel and Charlie for the wonderful time our little one had at the kids' club. (Daniel and Charlie)

The staff were very friendly and we felt very comfortable. The pools and the resort are great for families. It's very beautiful and they have excellent shows every night. The entertainment staff were fantastic!
