Alannia Salou
Visitors frequently praise the spectacular entertainment and good children's facilities, with many finding it a great spot for families. However, a common complaint is about the rooms, which are described as lacking privacy with integrated bathrooms and sometimes not being very clean or well-maintained. Some also found the food repetitive and bland, and there are conflicting reports on staff helpfulness.

I would like to highlight the animation team, both for the shows they put on and for all the activities they do during the day.
This hotel is awful… this is the third time we've stayed here, and this time is the final straw. Cockroaches have gotten into our room three times! I'm from the Canary Islands, and I've never had this problem in any hotel in my life. I've been to Bali and Thailand, and this is ridiculous. We complained to the cleaning staff, and then they claimed to know nothing. Apparently, it's considered normal because one of the many times I went to complain, a girl told me she had the same problem. Then they tried to offer me spa treatments or drinks to compensate, but I don't want any of that. I just want them to clean and fumigate the room. I even have a towel under the door—it's horrible! There were even cockroaches on the bed!
My stay was exceptional. The staff were super friendly and accommodating the room I stayed in was clean and the beds were comfortable the television was even showing the World Cup so that was a plus. Overall couldn’t fault my stay the pool was great the pool activities were great like the water polo the poolside food was also great even the breakfast was great the hash brown mash potato things tasted great. Again couldn’t fault the stay one bit. Also the mascot Alan looks cool so that was a plus as well
A wonderful place to relax with the family; the facilities, staff, and buffet are unbeatable. We can't wait to return! 🫰🏻
We were really delighted with our stay, but the children had a wonderful time with the entertainment and shows. Nothing to complain about except the fridge, which I found too small.
We were two adults and three children staying in the Alan Adventure room from June 15th to 20th. Although we wanted to extend our stay for another day, reception told us it had to be done through the website, meaning reception basically doesn't help at all. On the other hand, it's a shame that such a beautiful resort has such poor room cleaning service. When I say poor, I mean VERY POOR. The towels are changed every three days, if that, and they don't sweep the floor. Besides, the bed looked like my three-year-old made it—it's embarrassing. We are a family who travel a lot, and by far the WORST ROOM CLEANING we have EVER SEEN. Please improve this; it's a shame that a resort we otherwise loved has such mediocre cleaning.
Warning: This is not a hotel! The rooms are located 600 meters from reception; you have to walk with your luggage to your room without any assistance! Bring comfortable shoes. The housekeeping is appalling: only one mop is used for all the rooms, and even then, only when the room is cleaned at all. Towels were changed twice in seven days. Sheets were not changed, even if stained (baby). There were ants in the rooms. There is no soundproofing. The pool is great for children, as are the activities!
