Kelvingrove Park (cruising)

Kelvingrove Park, the large Victorian green space in the West End near the university and the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, has a long-standing reputation as an after-dark gay cruising spot. Activity centres on the wooded paths and quieter corners away from the main avenues, mainly late evening. It is an outdoor public park, so discretion is essential and there is no organised scene; use common sense about personal safety, keep to areas you feel comfortable in, and be aware the park is patrolled and well used by the general public.
