Went in there by accident because I got confused by it being next door, some staff were very polite and said I had to finish my drink before going next door to meet my friends (who I had told to go next door because i had gone to the wrong place) yet some man "apparently the owner", grabbed me by the arm and told me to not order people about and then swore at one of the guys on security (which was odd). 'Owners' need to check themselves, I was simply in the wrong place and told my friends that, and that they should go meet the majority of people next door.
Very disappointing experience. At approximately 2:34am on 13 June 2026, a member of the security team ( a black man about 6ft4”) touched our partially consumed Jack Daniel’s drink without asking for permission or providing any explanation. When we politely asked why our drink was being inspected, he became very arrogant and insulting, a police officer came and could not stop him, his fellow security officer apologised that he did wrong, but instead said f him to apologise, he pushed us out of the venue instead of being given a clear answer. I wondered if he put something inside the drink so we left it. We lease be careful of the security men in that club I understand that security staff have a responsibility to keep customers safe, but I believe customers should be treated respectfully and informed about what is happening. The way this situation was handled left us feeling unfairly treated and ruined what had otherwise been an enjoyable night. I hope management reviews this incident and reminds staff of the importance of communicating professionally with customers.
It is always about Dj Delboy. He holds down a vibe every time. Best place for tunes and dancing.
