This was the 3rd stay here and always feel welcomed. Our dog is always popular with the staff and they treat him so well. The spa treatments were amazing. Looking forward to our next stay.
Third visit this year for a music event. Served by Charlie, Marley and Nancy. All very friendly and professional. Food and entertainment was excellent. Great afternoon can't wait to come again
Having used the hotel regularly, I have just received a parking fine for not inputting my car registration in. Evidently my car registration is not on their system despite the fact I have people who were with me and saw i did. Obviously my appeal was turned down! £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days. Im pretty disgusted
Perfect location right off the motorway for trips to the south of England. Clean hotel with super friendly and always helpful staff. Solid English breakfast.
Great location on rooms are lovely. The staff were extremely helpful which made our evening so much easier. Would love to visit again.
