Outdated and in need of updating. It’s also £8.52 for a pint of Spanish beer at the hotel bar.

Fab place and good rates

I was one in a party of elderly people for 12 for Sunday lunch, which was very nice The servers. ALEXANDRA and LISA were very attentive eg making sure we had enough water..(very hot day) Special mention for ALAXANDRA ..When we were leaving..she got a wheelchair for one of our disabled.very efficient.

Just met a coleague for coffee and a chat, which we had outside. Convenient for both of us. Latte great taste but small for the price! Wifi service good, but a little slow. Overall pretty good.

Delays in the Monday evening dinner service was unacceptable , 20mins after prebooked dinner time 7pm prebooked starter arrived, 47mins after that, prebooked main course arrived, 23 mins after that prebooked dessert arrived. Lack of staff to serve the meal another poor factor. Prices in bar too high, I noticed very few people order drinks, that should be a clue to you. I have been to similar rated hotels around the country and the prices were more acceptable and most people were ordering wine by the bottle or other drinks to take to the table. I did notice few people were doing that

The rooms are of a good size, the bathroom is fully supplied with all our needs for showering/washing.

Charlie served us for a fabulous lunch with songs from the musicals - he is by far the best waiter I have ever met ever, friendly, helpful and handsome. He was just the BEST 😀

First class stay

Myself and a friend had lunch in the hotel then attended our booked pedicures. We were looked after by two lovely ladies called Cherry and Jess, they are super friendly and gave the best pedicures ever, totally recommend them both.

My only problem with the hotel was the bar charging. When buying drinks some staff members added on a 10% service charge without asking if we agreed to it. As it was only drinks we ordered we did not feel this was warranted.
