Awful. UKG tickets paid, arrived and was told to show photo ID (clearly we were all over 40yrs old!) despite travelling 2hrs to get here, absolutely nowhere did it state this was needed to enter when we received booking confirmation or beforehand, we were refused entry until we were able to show photo ID (and our prebooked UKG tickets were never even checked!!). Thank god our older kids were home to take a photo of our IDs and send them to us. The general manager was just rude not to just us but other guests also. He was taking peoples drinks to clear tables/the bar that were not even finished, despite the people stating they were not finished with them. He pushed my friend out the way and got annoyed with her when she told him to not be so aggressive, he didn't even ask her politely, such as 'exucse me please', he just shoved her out the way, she's a 52yr old HR director. The toilets were just disgusting. The photos of the interior really don't match what you actually see, its grubby and run down inside. The outdoor smoking area, looked like it had a fire, all charred bars above the outdoor area itself. The bar staff were lovely, so was the lady carrying around the shots trays, those were the only nice things about this whole experience of this venue. What a horrible venue, genuinely disgusted.

Fantastic time, definitely recommend this for anyone who likes bingo with a little bit of sassy fun 😁
