Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook

The Front Desk lady Wilma was one of the nicest most professional people I have ever dealt with my entire life. I travel a lot and my company uses Hilton. She was the absolute best! Give her a raise.!!!

I am giving 5 stars for Lily at the front desk. When we checked in, it was CRAZY busy, the man in front of us, his room was double booked. Rooms still dirty. She was by herself trying to get us all checked in and was doing a fantastic job handling everything. I would have been SO stressed out but she handled it like a pro!

Clean, spacious rooms. Great staff. Excellent customer service. Great location.

Went to visit family 5/28/2026 -5/30. Well the hotel was very simple. It wasn't the best or the worst. First got there and the keys didn't work for the room (minor detail). Went back downstairs and explain to the clerk and I was given two new ones went back up to the 3rd floor after driving 5 hours and now at least one works. We get into the room and the walls are very thin to the point you hear conversations and some things that couples do that you don't want to hear(especially if you have kids in the room). Went to workout in the gym all the treadmills (3) were not working and the following day the ellipticals(both of them) were down do the only thing available was dumbells and 1 workout bench. Now we get somethings to put in the room and fridge. Food is tied up in bags and put away. Why why why are there ants all over the desk table by the window and all over the garbage pail. All over the refrigerator area where the coffee counter and microwave is by entry door too. We threw out all of our stuff (food wise) because it was compromised. The manager wasn't on duty and we were totally dissatisfied. We put our stuff together and put it in the car. We decided to go out for breakfast and comeback to the hotel to go over the room and the check out for 12. It was 10:40 and the room was already being cleaned over. I made the point to say check out is at 12 and I didn't check out yet. I was told that they are told to check the room to see if anyone or their belongings are gone it's the green light to strip the room. I replied to them I get it but I paid for the room and check out is at 12. And though I understand I disagree with the policy. I explained the room was emptied out because of an ANT takeover and the person was not surprised by it. SMH.

My daughter and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend for a volleyball tournament, and we had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for everything we needed. Our room was cozy, well-maintained, and made for a relaxing place to come back to after long tournament days. One thing that stood out was how friendly and accommodating everyone was. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, the elevators were fast, and everything felt well organized. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for a holiday weekend. Overall, this was a stress-free stay, and I would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Richmond.

Older hotel, shows its age. Not bad but not returning.

Very loud air conditioner

Place hasn’t spent a dime on improvements since the 90s. Carpets in the hallways and rooms smell like dirty feet. Screens in the room windows are shredded. Basic maintenance and capital improvement needs are clearly ignored. It reminded me of a motel 6, absolutely disgusting.

Basic, clean, no frills.
