Divine. Highly recommended. The owners are siblings and they're all so lovely. The facilities are beautiful 💕. The breakfast was a 10/10!!
Unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. We arrived at the hotel and there was no water service from 4 pm. We waited several hours hoping it would be fixed, but since we couldn't even use the bathroom, we had to leave and find other accommodation around 10 pm. A disgrace! And they won't even refund our money.
Excellent place in Puerto Madryn to spend a few wonderful days! The service from everyone is spectacular; Jesus, one of the guys, helped us with everything so we could enjoy the city. The pool is amazing, and the spa is simply divine! Thank you so much!
We had a 3-day stay as a couple. It rained, and the pool really made all the difference. Heated and enclosed, it was large. The room was simple enough for relaxing, and there were common areas for eating or drinking mate, a patio with greenery, spa access, and breakfast. Everything was very reasonable for the price. The facilities are a bit dated, as it's clearly a hotel with all the amenities. It even has a dining room. The staff was always available, friendly, and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the center and the beach. It has everything you need to relax. We will definitely be back!
A very welcoming, family-run hotel. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive to our needs. The pool was nice and warm, perfect for enjoying the cool day; we didn't even notice it was chilly. We'll be back soon! 🙌🏻
Excellent service, be sure to try the pizzas... the pool is always warm... will we be back? Of course we will! Another long weekend to get away. Best of luck to the Ley family!
