Hotel & Spa Samay Huasi

We enjoyed an unforgettable afternoon at the spa with my partner and our baby. The service and attention we received were exceptional; without a doubt, one of the best services we've experienced in Puerto Madryn.

My daughter and I went to the hotel. When we went to pay for the night, which we had already paid for five days in advance, they increased the price by 30%. Furthermore, when we arrived that night, they changed our room. The entire experience was very rude, disrespectful, and arrogant, especially on the part of Yanet Ley, the hotel secretary. We had a very unpleasant experience.

We went to this hotel, and the service was disrespectful, especially from Ms. Yanet Ley. I made a deposit on Thursday the 19th for one night, and on the 23rd, when I went to pay, Ms. Yanet Ley charged me 30,000 pesos more than what we had been quoted. She justified the increase by saying that all the prices had gone up that weekend, without notifying us beforehand, of course. And I had already made a deposit, which, as far as I know, should lock in the price once a deposit is made. Be careful when you go there; they raise the price after you've already stayed overnight.

We were recommended this place because of the service, and it truly is a luxury! Everyone is incredibly kind. Cesia is so lovely! The heated pool is fantastic. We'll be back; we felt very welcome.

It's a nice hotel; you can tell they're renovating it, but the work is only half finished. They've improved the pool area, but you can still see rust in several places. The rooms are exactly the same as when I saw them two years ago. The breakfast is adequate. Overall, it's a good hotel, but it's still undergoing renovations. Perhaps in a few years it will be what it once was.
