I'm giving it a low rating because our bathroom flooded, and they told us we had to leave the tap running when we went to use it! They moved us to a different room, and on the last night, it flooded again (I woke up half asleep at 4 AM to go to the bathroom; I didn't even remember to turn on the tap). DO NOT accept the room on the 5th floor! Everything else was excellent!

Excellent hotel, good location, nice building, good service

Great hotel, clean, safe, smells nice, very good shower, everything very classic and elegant. It has a rooftop to enjoy a glass of wine on a clear night. The breakfast was very good, and one worker in particular was very attentive and kind.

The hotel had a Art Deco faded charm but I think past it’s hayday Looking through other reviews you realise how differently people perceive things. A week before our stay someone said they loved the bar/restaurant on the roof- it was closed at end of March . The cafe on the Ground floor closes mid afternoon and there is no bar in the evening.The breakfast that othered liked (awesome?)was processed ham & cheese ,pastries, toast ,Urn coffee , carton juice ,some fruit , sausages and scrambled egg. Our room had comfortable bed ,good shower, but little storage in rickety wardrobe and the curtains couldn’t block the light, windows dont open.No coffee facilities in room and the urn on the ground floor wasn’t always there ,only powdered milk. It was reasonably priced but although there are shops and restaurants around they’re not that inspiring, if I had my time agin I would stay closer to Palermo or San Telmo

The restaurant is nice and reasonably priced. They have vegetarian options and the portions are generous.
