Unfortunately, this time we were scammed by the cabin manager, Patricia Viviana Urbani. We transferred our reservation, and upon arrival, the accommodations we had arranged were not available. The person who attended to us refused to take responsibility, claiming ignorance of the situation, which is unbelievable since, upon her dismissal, no appropriate measures were taken to alert others... leaving many of us affected by this situation. They are jointly liable, as for many years she, along with her husband and sister, was the public face of the cabin complex.
Nestor provided excellent service! The cabins were spotless and the location was dreamy.
