Don't trust them. Their employee scammed us, and they refused to take responsibility because she gave us her personal account number, which was displayed on the statement, not a general account number. They also told us they could only rent to members, which is why they couldn't help us.

WE WERE SCAMMED AT THESE CABINS We want to warn others so they don't go through the same thing we did. We booked this place with this woman for December of this year, and what we experienced was a complete scam. They charged us in advance, and now they've disappeared, leaving us without our rental and taking no responsibility whatsoever. We want others to be aware. We do not recommend this place; don't go there.

The place is like something out of a fairytale! The view from the cabins overlooking the lake and the city is beautiful. The rooms, the service, and the manager's attention were all 10/10. He helped us with our luggage and everything; the service was beyond excellent. You absolutely must visit, and I plan to return without fail. Our best vacation ever!

We came to Bariloche for the first time, from Necochea, Buenos Aires Province. We had a dream family vacation! ✨ The resort was beautiful, well-maintained, safe, and peaceful. The cabin had an incredible view of the lake and was super comfortable and well-equipped! (linens, Wi-Fi, continental breakfast, grill, parking, and much more). The staff was very friendly. We want to thank Patricia for her warmth, kindness, helpfulness, and attention, and for being part of our time in Bariloche! We will definitely return and recommend it! 🤍 Thank you for everything!

Excellent complex, well-organized, well-maintained, clean, and in a beautiful location. The pool was always clean and at the perfect temperature. Patricia was very pleasant and attentive to every detail, and always willing to resolve any issues that might arise. Thank you for everything; we will definitely be back.
