Casa Sapucaí

Casa Sapucaí is a bar and live-music house in a 1920s mansion at Rua Sapucaí 303, on Floresta's favourite bar street overlooking the city skyline. The crowd is mixed and queer-friendly, and its partners say it was one of the first venues in BH to guarantee free entry for trans people. It nearly closed in mid-2026 over a lease dispute, then renegotiated and reopened on 10 July 2026. Listed hours: from 20:00 Tuesday-Thursday, 21:00 Friday-Saturday and 18:00 Sundays, entry free to R$40.
