Pousada 45 Hostel

I made a reservation in November through the Booking platform for the period of February 12th to 18th, 2026. Last week, I contacted the inn just to confirm that everything was alright with the reservation and, to my surprise, I was informed that there is no reservation registered for those dates. I contacted Booking, which was very helpful, but could not resolve the problem, because according to the company, a formal response from the inn is necessary, confirming that they will not be able to accommodate me. However, you have remained silent, not responding to Booking through any means of contact. Without this formal response, Booking informed me that they can only try to relocate me at the time of check-in. How can I travel to another state without the security of a place to stay? I remind you that I have direct conversations with the inn, in which they confirm that they will not accommodate me. I ask that you respond to Booking's email and my messages on the platform so that the situation can be resolved in the best possible way, without the need for legal action.

Reinaldo's service was very good, but regarding the accommodation, the quality was terrible. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted to the temperature, it was dirty and didn't cool properly, the remote only worked for on/off, the walls were dirty, the headboard was dirty, and there was hair from the previous guest in several places in the bathroom. In short, the cleanliness of the accommodation was awful!

I'm contacting them to request a refund and they haven't even responded. Terrible customer service.

The service is good! The place is quite large! The price is good! Hygiene is questionable. The bed is quite bad. For the price, it's okay.

The receptionist Cleide was very rude, impolite, and arrogant with the guests. I received very poor service and will never return to that inn. God forbid I ever experience that woman's bad temper again.

I have nothing to report about the inn itself, however, regarding Cleyde's rude service, while I was there I saw about four guests deciding not to stay because of her behavior. She is very arrogant. I imagine she is not the owner because if she were, she wouldn't treat the guests this way.
