Savassi Village

Whenever we need to come to Belo Horizonte, we stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very good, the price is fair. The staff are very attentive. They always help you whenever you need something, for example, they called a taxi every day I stayed there. There were extra blankets and pillows in the room. Whenever I needed the room cleaned, it was done quickly. In short, the hotel is a great option in Savassi.

Extremely expensive daily rate for a room that looks wonderful in the photos, but is very different in person. The shower door doesn't close properly. There's a lot of noise between floors. Broken windows that don't close. Broken cabinets with no maintenance whatsoever. Parking is charged separately. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The only good things are the location and the spacious room, but the facilities are quite old, the bathroom is small, the bed linens and towels are stained/dirty, the blankets are very old, the breakfast is quite mediocre (in variety and quality), and the receptionists are not very friendly. They have parking in the building, but they charge 50 reais per day. I do not recommend it and would not return.

The hotel is old and poorly maintained. They said we were in the most expensive square meter in BH, but it's no use if the hotel doesn't match the neighborhood and the price paid. Mold on the bathroom ceiling; shower that splashes all the water; lack of support for soap dish/shampoo/conditioner in the shower; old bed linens and towels.

Very disappointing stay. • Room with two single beds instead of the double bed I booked. • Unusable toilet. • Indifferent receptionist, refusing to offer me another room and assuring me that a solution would be found the next day to get me to leave, without even asking for my room number. • Impossible to change rooms: "Full, sorry. Have a good evening."
