Comfortable room, good breakfast, but unfortunately the kitchen wasn't open at night, so I had to stay somewhere else.
Upon arrival, the receptionist was clearly untrained; not rude, but completely unfriendly. The room/bathroom had a moldy ceiling inside the shower stall, with no holder for shampoo or conditioner; after using the soap, you have to throw it on the floor because there's nowhere to put it. The mini-fridge freezer was full of ice, compromising its proper functioning. I asked to change rooms, but was ignored. The breakfast was poor and cold. Parking cost R$60.00 per day, and on the last day there were no parking spaces available. A terrible experience; I won't return and I don't recommend it. Note: I asked an employee during the day about the dishes on the menu, and she replied that they were all frozen, but that they were okay (I wouldn't risk ordering them). All the electrical outlets in the room were loose. If I keep remembering the experience, only negative points will come to mind.
Well located, rooms were okay and service was okay. The breakfast is delicious, however some doorknobs kept coming off and some doors were jammed. Very worthwhile for the price and location.
Excellent!
