I only stayed one night. The location is great for those taking the train from Belo Horizonte to Vitória.

I saw other complaints and found them a bit pointless. The hotel is a historic building, decently preserved (it could be better), has good works of art, and I received excellent service during my stay. The breakfast, as well as the Alho e Sal restaurant which is next door, is good; there aren't many options, but the ones they have are great. It is noisy, but it's a very busy part of the city. There are hotels a little further away (1 block) that are more modern and for the same price for those who want silence. But for those who want history and culture, I highly recommend it. Cleanliness is also excellent; I didn't see anything dirty where I went, and there was always a pleasant smell. Room 107, which I got, is almost directly opposite the Museum. My only real disappointment was the very weak electric shower, which cost me 1 star.

The room was awful, the smell of cigarettes was everywhere, the elevator was old, there were no locks on two of the windows in the room I stayed in, the bathroom window and one of the bedroom windows was broken, only the middle one was working and it wasn't very useful, the windowsill was low so, since I was with my mother, I decided to end the trip early, in addition, 400 reais that she had left in the room disappeared, my mother had an allergic reaction due to the smell of cigarettes, there was hair in the breakfast, and some receptionists were rude.

Hotel with excellent value for money according to the Decolar website. Satisfactory breakfast and clean, airy rooms. The biggest problem is the location on a busy avenue 24/7; you'll sleep to the sound of pagode music from the bars, conversations on the street, and cars honking all the time.

Good evening everyone, it wasn't a very pleasant experience. The room had no air conditioning and a terrible smell; just entering the room triggered an asthma attack, and I had to find another hotel because I couldn't stay in the room. I was at a loss because I had already paid, and they didn't want to reimburse the amount, but that was the least of my worries, because my health is priceless. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel.
