The worst hotel I've ever stayed in Cartagena. Many people recommend it, but their prices don't match the quality of service they provide. They don't have laundry facilities, the reception staff is unfriendly, and there are better hotels for the same price.
It's a great hotel, the service and friendliness are top-notch!
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I particularly appreciated its location and the beautiful sea view, which was a real highlight. A big thank you also to the gentleman who served coffee in the morning; he was extremely kind and attentive, making the start of the day very enjoyable. However, there are some areas for improvement: the windows were very dirty, which prevented me from fully enjoying the sea view; the air conditioning was too noisy to sleep well; and I didn't appreciate the attitude of a young man who took it upon himself to correct my English. The price also seemed high compared to the service provided, and the welcome wasn't always up to expectations.
Excellent hotel, meets expectations, very friendly staff
I've stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed it, so this time the experience was disappointing. I left a makeup product in my makeup bag in the bathroom, and after housekeeping, it was gone while the rest of my belongings remained undisturbed. I understand it might seem like a minor item, but that's precisely why it's so concerning that even the most basic items aren't completely secure in the room. I reported it before checking out, hoping for at least an inspection or a clear response, but I received no concrete solution. The lack of follow-up and interest in clarifying the situation leaves a feeling of disregard for the hotel's handling of these kinds of cases. Beyond the item itself, what truly affects my trust is the security it provides. You expect your belongings to be safe during your stay, and when that expectation is broken, it completely changes your perception of the place. Unfortunately, after this experience, I wouldn't stay here again.
The best part was the Caribbean view, the excellent location close to everything and just minutes from the historic center, and I enjoyed the pool. Perhaps they could improve the breakfast, which was quite basic.
