The room was quite basic, there's no gym, the spaces are small, it looks quite old, and the minibar is empty. For a 4-star hotel, it's quite small and unattractive. I don't recommend it; it's not good value for money.

The customer service was terrible. I tried to make a reservation and they didn't respond. It's a shame because it looks very nice, but they need to improve their customer service to raise their rating.

We had a great experience; the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, the room service excellent, they even provide towels to take to the beach, and the restaurant prices are reasonable. We had to leave in the early hours of the morning, and they offered us a cold breakfast to go. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and very attentive staff. This hotel is highly recommended: the food is delicious, the staff is friendly and always willing to help, and the location is perfect. Everything was impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I give it a 10/10. I would stay here again without hesitation! My best vacation ever! The beach service will be even better soon.

No, they refunded my money. It's been 58 days since I canceled because my documents were stolen and I couldn't travel. I canceled knowing I was within the refund window and made a reservation directly through their website. They advertise a 7-day refund policy, then their contradictory policies state a 40-day refund policy, which is entirely at their discretion. They don't respond to emails, calling has become impossible, they don't answer WhatsApp messages, and on Instagram, they only respond to a bot. The experience of booking from abroad is terrible. They don't answer anything at all, not even why the money, which is still money, hasn't been refunded. So, if you're a foreigner, communication is impossible.

I would like there to be a pitcher in the room to have herbal tea or coffee.

I join those who give it 1 or 2 stars, and I'm adding one only because of the excellent service staff. However, the management's negligence is evident in failing to meet the expectations of guests looking for a beachfront location with a pleasant, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained space.
