The rooms are in pretty bad condition, they're small, the windows are practically nonexistent, you can hear everything. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; if you have the option of another hotel, don't hesitate.

The food is delicious. And the rooms are comfortable.

I can say that our experience and the days we spent at the hotel were absolutely satisfactory. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we noticed the goodwill and kindness of the staff. Our very specific requests regarding transportation and meals were handled satisfactorily and with the utmost willingness at all times. They made our stay in Cartagena very pleasant and left us with wonderful memories. A very special thank you to Lina at reception because thanks to her help, we resolved a specific transportation issue for my mother. Likewise, the food service staff helped us with another very specific request for me. From the bottom of my heart, a thousand thanks to everyone who works at this hotel, and I wish them great success in all their endeavors.

The rooms are very small, you can't communicate with reception, there's neither a hairdryer nor a refrigerator.

If someone paid my trip to come here and gave me $10,000 I would decline.

Everything was great: the service, the staff were all very friendly, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. However, the food wasn't very varied when you book through an agency package. They should also keep the TV in better condition; we never wanted to watch it at night when we came home to rest. The terrace was very nice, but they close it very early, and the best part is feeling the breeze or having another place to relax after coming back from the sea.
