Hotel Aixo Suites By GEH Suites

Very good hotel, comfortable rooms and excellent service, plus it's located near several tourist attractions in the city.

We had a great time. The hotel was good, the breakfast was very generous and of good quality, and the rooms were very clean.

The staff were excellent, especially Carlos Meza. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious. The rooms were small but comfortable, perfect for sleeping after a long day, with air conditioning and a Smart TV. The only downside was that we killed a couple of cockroaches.

I want to give special recognition to the AIXO Suites hotel, located in the Marbella neighborhood of Cartagena de Indias. I especially want to highlight the excellent quality of its service: the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The cleanliness is impeccable, making the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, allowing you to freely choose from different choices. In addition, their menu is spectacular. In particular, the plantain fritters with sour cream and pico de gallo are simply delicious; without a doubt, some of the best I've ever had. The hotel also has excellent relaxation areas, such as the whirlpool tub, ideal for unwinding, and a very pleasant swimming pool. Next to it is a small but very cozy bar, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment. Overall, it's a highly recommended place for its quality, service, and attention to detail that makes all the difference.

Everything was really great. It's a simple hotel with basic rooms, but the staff is very attentive, and the hotel's location is excellent because everything you need for sightseeing is relatively close.

AC is very weak. If you’re someone who overheats easily I wouldn’t recommend. For the price though, this is to be expected in Colombia. If you want reliable AC you need to pay up. Traffic was a bit noisy since it’s next to a street - but you can just blast white noise and it takes care of that Staff was helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately maids did not do a phenomenal job (dirty stained sheets not replaced, trash not thrown out)
