Without a doubt, the most overrated place in Cusco. To begin with, the cocktails are a joke; you're better off ordering water, it's the same thing. They don't even let you finish your drink before they take your glass away. The staff is very poorly trained; they can't speak properly and have no manners. Everywhere we went, they forbade us from putting down our jackets or moving a table more than half a meter. I don't think they have any idea about sound level regulations because the speakers are way too close for the volume they play. The music is 100% European or North American; a DJ on YouTube is free and makes better mixes. The show is the most acceptable thing, and the hosts have charisma, but it doesn't compensate for paying 30 soles for entry (which is non-refundable) for such a low level of service. It's definitely not worth paying even to get in when there are tons of places nearby that offer something similar.
