Breakfast bar attendant- Mach was highly skilled in hospitality. She was making sure we got the required food and drinks. Her bright energy and attentive care was excellent. Thank you Mach for your great service.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the overall facilities were great. A special thank you to Divya from the food court for her exceptional service. She noticed we were about to take an omelet that contained ham (it was only labeled as "omelet") and kindly came over to ask if we were okay eating ham. When we told her we don't eat ham for religious reasons, she immediately offered to get us a cheese omelet instead. Her attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. We are truly grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Best wishes to Divya and the entire Holiday Inn team for their excellent hospitality!
Service was so good and staff divya was fantastic and so good
It was very good! Been there for 3 times and it does'nt disappoint,breakfast is good, Miachh always makes sure guest are having good breakfast thank you!
