Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton South by IHG

We had a great experience here. We stayed here with our family. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet location. The rooms are neat and clean. Their breakfast buffet was great. And the staff is courteous. We have some dietary restrictions, and Divya was kind enough to make an exception for us and prepared some food for us to cater our dietary restriction, which is quite rare. But as a guest we felt valued. Thanks Divya ! Whenever we are coming back to Edmonton we will make sure to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and clean but it's says free breakfast is included and it's not. We were told in the morning that there was breakfast but it was not complimentary That was disappointing especially for the prof the rooms

Breakfast was amazing, good was great and nice and hot ! And the Breakfast Manager was unbelievably helpful! So kind and helping carry our food, grabbing anything we may need as I was here with 2 small children! GREAT EXPERIENCE

Nice clean hotel would definitely come back quick and easy access to highways as well as nearby shopping and restaurants

Hotel was great. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent as far as hotel breakfasts go. Decent amount of options and was hot and fresh. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and the staff at breakfast (Divya) kept the tables cleaned and everything stocked and were really friendly and kind, even offering to help me grab some To-Go items.
