Clean and safe place

Excey

I was satisfied; good service, a nice and quiet atmosphere, and the place felt clean.

Very good

TERRIBLE MEETING PLACE. Extremely small, dirty, and unbearably hot even in winter. The men who go there are just there to drink; beer and alcohol are spilled everywhere. For $100 there are better meeting places, EVEN CHEAPER ON PROMOTION. If you're looking for fun with gay men, this is NOT the place.

There are some minor issues, but it's good.
