I just got off the phone with a Mr. Javier, who was pedantic, rude, and arrogant. He refused to provide me with the information I requested (to apply for a job in art, illustration, and graphic design with my company, which is made up of migrants and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and which they advertised on their social media). He changed the subject by talking about other things related to the organization, as if I "knew" it. I've never been involved with this organization, but unfortunately, I know people who have left it, and the common complaint is about mistreatment, disorganization, and poor information provided to staff. The most successful organizations and companies have always had a network model, not a hierarchy. I don't know who this Javier is, but I think he should be transferred or replaced because his customer service is terrible. It's sad that when you want to apply for a job they advertised on their social media for the organization, they give you the runaround and don't give you the necessary information; they are inconsistent and incoherent.

I went today, and the service was terrible. The girl who attended to me was extremely insensitive. Be warned: if you are a minor, DO NOT GO. It will only make you more vulnerable. We went because we have nowhere else to turn. My partner and I are experiencing domestic violence, but I am a minor. They denied me entry because of my age, which is understandable. The problem is that they told me this AFTER I gave them my information and information about my family (who are the perpetrators of the violence), including phone numbers. They told me they had to contact them or the authorities because if they let me go, they would be "committing a crime," even though they know they are the perpetrators of violence against me, and obviously, it's not at all convenient for them to know I was there. They didn't want to let me leave; they only let me out after I had a panic attack (I have a history of trauma related to being deprived of my liberty). They have support in various areas, yes, but I felt extremely violated, and from what I've read in the comments here, I'm not the only one who's been deprived of their freedom. Edit: Another friend of mine just told me that he was also there at some point and they made him feel exactly the same way; he didn't have a good time either.
