It's close to the metro and metrobus.

Horrible service. We wrote through booking.com saying we didn’t know the exact time of arrival because we were travelling from Costa Rica by bus and he said there wouldn’t be a problem. Even so we called again around 5pm saying we would get the bus soon and only arrive around 2am to Panama City - receptionist said it was okay, they were open 24h. When we arrived, at 2:30am he said he had sold our room. We were travelling for nearly 24 hours and of course we got triggered by his indifference and the smile on his face. “We called you telling you we would arrive at this time!” - “you said 2am, it’s 2:32am. This is business”. We were speechless. He got defensive with our reaction and threw us out of the hotel - 4 girls in the middle of a Saturday night full of drunk people around. “The door is open, we don’t want your money”. I’ve never had such a bad experience before and it’s the first time I’m giving a bad review, unfortunately i feel it’s the easiest way to let people know how bad the service is and how we were treated. Definitely NOT recommend it.

A nice, basic hotel. Love the location, 1.5 blocks from Cinco de mayo metro station (one from albrook), walking distance to the famous coca cola restuarant and the olde Towne.

You get what you pay for. Walkable distance to old town, however the closest area is a bit sketchy.

So much potential. By far the best location I stayed at on this trip to get a genuine sense of local flavour. The hotel was in keeping with a two star rating (no hot water) but the staff were lovely and helpful. Every shopping need could be met within walking distance. So many barbers.

Next to a very loud disco that goes all night., the ac that doesnt produce any cold air just seems to circulate air and amplifies the loud music next door.. Also quite a lot of bugs in the room.. The staff is super niche though...

I do not recommend this hotel because it is located in a dangerous neighborhood, and the hotel service is poor.

For the price, it's very good; it does the job. Obviously, the location is very advantageous.

If you're reading this review, do not book this hotel!!!!! We booked a double room on the 6th floor. The view was fantastic, and the room was large. After checking in, we went to buy something to eat, and when we returned, all our luggage was covered in cockroaches. I pulled the bed aside, and underneath it was a pile of trash left by previous guests. Someone had already slept in the bed—hair, etc.—but not me. I went straight to reception and complained. However, they offered me an even worse room as compensation. The ceiling was covered in black mold, and it was much smaller! We spent the first night trying to protect our belongings. We slept with the lights on full, hoping it would disturb the cockroaches. Upon inquiring, I was told that there was no hot water in the entire hotel. I can now completely understand all the negative reviews. We left. The only nice thing about it is the view from the terrace. Otherwise, there's absolutely nothing positive to say. I am still in contact with the Panamanian public health authorities/Ministry of Health, as I believe this hotel must be closed. It poses a health hazard.

Excellent place. I'm Ecuadorian and came with my mom. I had read some strange reviews saying it wasn't very clean and I was a little worried, but the bathrooms were spotless, the sheets were perfectly made, and they even had the air conditioning on because they knew we were checking in at 8 pm. 10/10
