גאוות אוסטין היא חגיגת הגאווה הלהט"בית השנתית של קהילת אוסטין, מתקיימת בכל אוגוסט עם מצעד לאורך Congress Avenue — אחד המיקומים המשמעותיים סמלית למצעד גאווה בכל עיר אמריקאית, בהתחשב ברקע ההקשר הפוליטי של טקסס לזכויות להט"ב. האירוע מושך כ-40,000 משתתפים למסדרון Congress Avenue ולאזורים הסובבים למצעד, ואחריו פסטיבל עם במות מרובות, ארגוני קהילה, מוכרי אוכל וכל הפעילויות הקשורות לחגיגת גאווה מרכזית. אוגוסט באוסטין חם — הטמפרטורות יכולות לעלות מעל 38 מעלות — אבל האירוע מושך משתתפים מחויבים שמבינים שנראות בטקסס היא אקט פוליטי לא פחות מחגיגה. גאוות אוסטין מופעלת על ידי Austin Pride, העמותה שמפיקה את האירוע מאז 1997.
