Everything you need a hotel for a quick trip!

Service was great, rooms were clean, but I'm almost positive there is something in the air. They have air purifiers everywhere in public places so the air smells fine, but in the rooms it smelled funky and I woke up very congested. It's fine for a night, but I wouldn't stay here for an extended period of time.

We had to book a room here last minute due to the snowstorm and road closures. We are so thankful they had rooms available. The heat was not working, but the front desk handled the issue immediately and moved us to a room next door. Thank you for your efficiency and professionalism! The room was quiet and clean, just what we needed after a stressful driving attempt to South Dakota!

Overall such a beautiful hotel. Great location not in a busy location but has plenty of restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel has amazing food. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The short blonde in the mornings I don’t recall her name, but she was really nice and patient with me even gave my kiddos cute little stickers. I can’t wait to come back to this Hilton property in June with my family again.

We stayed at this hotel six times in the last year, and in just the past six months, several of the amenities we appreciated have been removed or changed. First, the Tesla chargers. I understand there may be increased costs associated with power usage, but offering a paid charging option would be a reasonable alternative and still provide value to guests who rely on it. Instead signs simply indicate that they were turned off in October of 2025 and there are no plans to turn them on again in the future. Second, the change from a breakfast buffet to a made-to-order system. The buffet previously offered a quick and convenient option, whereas the current setup feels slow and inefficient. During our visit, we waited about 10 minutes without even being acknowledged and ultimately decided to leave. Third, the elevators are often not working and have major damage to both the interior and where they land, especially if you’re staying on the fourth floor. They often get shut down due to issues and for those who are not able-bodied this could really be a major issue. Lastly, the water bottle policy. In the past, complimentary water was available at the front desk, but this evening I was made to feel uncomfortable for taking more than two bottles. With four adults in one room, two bottles per day seems insufficient. If there are new limits or costs, it would be more appropriate to communicate that clearly (for example, by offering additional bottles for a small charge) rather than making guests feel as though they’ve done something wrong. We’ve enjoyed staying here in the past, which is why these changes stood out. I hope this feedback is helpful as you elevate whether you want to spend the high rate to stay at a once nice hotel.

Staff was genuinely personable, attentive & friendly.

The toilet bowl was splattered with feces on arrival. I contacted the front desk shortly after. The lady who answered had an obvious attitude - why I don’t know. She did not sound surprised but had an attitude. In any case, she told me to come down to the desk to get a new key. The entire time she was staring at her computer and did not make eye contact once. She seemed very upset so I asked her what is wrong and she snapped and said, “im getting you a new room what do you want !”. I asked if her manager was in and she just pointed to a sign with the name “Arlin” on the wall and said no. I asked what her name was and she did not want to tell me. After I asked her a third time she said, “Nina” - I don’t know if this is really her name. Obviously she didn’t want to give it because she enjoys abusing the guests and probably is used to getting away with it. The hotel otherwise was modern. They need to move that lady far far away from any guests/customers.

Madison was awesome! Breakfast was great the next morning.
