I am beyond disappointed with our experience and feel compelled to warn others before they make the same mistake we did.
We reserved a hotel room block well in advance for an important event, trusting that everything would be handled professionally and as agreed. Instead, without any notice, courtesy, or consent, the hotel made the completely unacceptable decision to move our entire block to a different hotel. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience—it disrupted carefully made plans, created confusion for our guests, and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth and enjoyable experience.
What makes this situation even worse is how we were treated when we tried to get answers. Every interaction with their staff was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of accountability. Rather than offering solutions or even a simple apology, they acted as though our concerns were an inconvenience to them. Communication was poor, tone was unprofessional, and at no point did they take responsibility for their actions.
This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially when handling something as important as a reserved block for a group. Moving guests without permission is bad enough, but the complete lack of respect and customer service afterward is what truly sets this experience apart—in the worst possible way.
If you are considering booking with this hotel, especially for a group or event, I strongly urge you to reconsider. What happened to us shows a clear lack of organization, professionalism, and basic respect for their guests. We trusted them with something important, and they failed us entirely.
