Every time we stay or book a party the team members are amazing, helpful, and always better customer service then the time before. Keep up the amazing work and cant wait to go back!!! Highly recommend for.comfort at affordable pricing.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Ramkota for a convention. The common areas and meeting rooms are kept relatively clean but I can honestly say that our room was hands down the filthiest we've EVER stayed in. Maintenance had to change a blood stained mattress cover on one of the beds and the white bed covers were horribly stained, there was a super heavy layer of dust on EVERYTHING, dried urine all over the toilet seat and floor, little yellow balls of toilet paper all over the floor, nasty brown water came out of the tub faucet, pubic hair in the sink and tub and that's not even half the filth in the room. Not to mention the grounds of the hotel were absolutely disgusting... covered in trash, cigarette butts and sooo much dog crap! This is only a partial list of things that TRULY need to be addressed. I was very disappointed and will not be staying there again.

I am beyond disappointed with our experience and feel compelled to warn others before they make the same mistake we did. We reserved a hotel room block well in advance for an important event, trusting that everything would be handled professionally and as agreed. Instead, without any notice, courtesy, or consent, the hotel made the completely unacceptable decision to move our entire block to a different hotel. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience—it disrupted carefully made plans, created confusion for our guests, and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth and enjoyable experience. What makes this situation even worse is how we were treated when we tried to get answers. Every interaction with their staff was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of accountability. Rather than offering solutions or even a simple apology, they acted as though our concerns were an inconvenience to them. Communication was poor, tone was unprofessional, and at no point did they take responsibility for their actions. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially when handling something as important as a reserved block for a group. Moving guests without permission is bad enough, but the complete lack of respect and customer service afterward is what truly sets this experience apart—in the worst possible way. If you are considering booking with this hotel, especially for a group or event, I strongly urge you to reconsider. What happened to us shows a clear lack of organization, professionalism, and basic respect for their guests. We trusted them with something important, and they failed us entirely. We reserved a block of 30 rooms at the Ramkota back in November and signed a contract, believing everything was confirmed and secure. In December, I followed up with management and was reassured that our room block was still in place. I checked again in February and received the same confirmation. However, when our team began reserving rooms, we were not receiving confirmation numbers. I called the hotel, and once again, the manager assured me everything was fine. In March, after still not receiving confirmations, I emailed the manager yet again and was told—for the fourth time—that our rooms were good to go. Then, just one week before our scheduled stay, I received a call from management stating that their system had “crashed” and that our entire group would be moved to a different hotel. No clear explanation was provided beyond that. I pushed back, referencing the contract we had signed. I was told that due to a “safety concern,” they had the right to relocate us. They explained that overbooking constituted a safety concern, which was both confusing and frustrating, especially given that our reservation had been in place for months. It’s difficult to understand why our contracted group was the one displaced rather than more recent bookings. While they did relocate us to a hotel with similar rates, it was on the opposite side of town and far less convenient for our event at the Ford Wyoming Center. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple confirmations over several months, our reservation was not honored. I would strongly caution others when booking here, as our experience showed that even a signed contract and repeated assurances may not guarantee your stay.

This was an ok hotel not what we expected, the service was not the best I’ve had better… the beds in our room were not good and the tub would not drain so I had to drain it with a trash can 😂 never was offered a different room some people might like it but I did not.

Right off the bat we got the switcheroo. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and that was pet friendly. At check-in they informed us that the only pet friendly room they had was a single-bed room despite the reservation. For a family of 4. We didn't have time to book elsewhere so took it anyway. The place is supposedly 3-star and the room cost $202 before fees and taxes (total $227), so I was assuming increased quality for the increased price but not so. The room is outdated, the TV is old and fuzzy, and the exterior entrance area had dog droppings all over.

We had a birthday party for my daughter here. The pool was nice.Celeste the event coordinator was awesome. Very friendly. However the first room the guy at the front desk assigned to us was someone else’s room we opened the door and someone else’s stuff was in there and was clearly still in use. Then when we went to explain that to the front desk guy, he said nothing. Kept looking down at his computer, made a new key and told us the new room number and that was it. The next room we go up and it was disgusting. It wasn’t clean. Looked like it was dusted off the bed and the blankets thrown on, we weren’t convinced they were clean bedding. The service was so bad that we didn’t stay the night. Luckily for the birthday party it came with the room and it was local so we were able to sleep at our own home. The next morning when I told the lady at the front desk that we didn’t stay there because the room was gross she just said “okay you’re free to set up for your party.” The service was terrible and the room was gross. As much fun as the party itself was for my daughter I will not be having another party there. I definitely would not recommend working with them. It was extremely disappointing.

Gross. My daughter stayed here with her team and there were reports of bugs and mice poop in the rooms/beds. Cancelled our future reservation based on this.

Was a horrible experience the 2 times I have stayed there with this last time them having bed bugs, mice feces. I will never stay there again!

Hotel could definitely be updated! Our wasn't super clean, there was hair in the beds. The beds are uncomfortable, the blankets felt like sandpaper, AC didn't work at all either. I could hear people talking, dogs barking, people flushing their toilets all night. There is a pool and hot tub. The hot tub had dirt at the bottom along the floor. Kids kept jumping in and out of the hot tub . The elevators are sketchy I'm not excited tho use them again. Breakfast was on ok. The staff in the room to get breakfast was very friendly! There was this elderly lady (I wish I caught her name) that was just the sweetest. Check your receipts cause they do overcharge. Location is decent, I was there for a volleyball tournament so exploring wasn't too much. I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel more like a 2 or 2.5

We made a trip just for the kids to play in the pool. The pool was beyond freezing cold, too many kids with birthday parties going at the same time and the rooms were dirty.
