The rooms are aged and unclean! Our comforters had stains on them. There was gum on the ceiling, trash under the beds, ground plugs in outlets broken, mold spots in the shower, and screws missing from the outlet covers. Safety and health issues everywhere! The elevator was also very slow.

The room itself was fine and clean, though a little bit small for two unrelated people traveling together as friends. However, the hospitality was nonexistent. We booked three nights, and by day two, we were out of soap and Kleenex with only one towel left. When we asked the front desk for replacements, they acted like we were putting them out. They claimed room service happens every three days, but we left after the third night and never got housekeeping at all.

We have stayed here multiple times, the staff are always helpful and polite. The rooms could use some updating but its all minor issues. I highly recommend it.

Friendly, cheerful staff. Loved the towel "elephant" on the suite bed!
