This place needs to be shutdown! Prior to me coming to Casper for a work trip, my boss had told that she had found a bedbug in her room in this same hotel when she had to come for a work trip as well. Upon learning that, on 6/8/26 as soon as I went into my room (1108), I ripped the bed apart and pulled the mattress down…to my horror, there was a pile of ALIVE bedbugs!! There’s no telling how many were actually in this room/hotel in general. The manager Christine was nice, however she seemed to be just making excuses and said they hadn’t had any bedbugs for a few years…this is absolutely not true, being as my bosses work trip was within this year! As an attempt to remedy the situation, Christine moved my room and took 50% off my stay, BUT I found bedbug remnants in the second room (1201) as well. At this point, I absolutely no longer felt comfortable staying in this nasty hotel, let alone bringing any of my belongings inside. I returned to Christine, told her what I found AGAIN and checked out, all while she was STILL making excuses! I am now cozy in a CLEAN bed, in another hotel, far away from that disgraceful/disgusting hotel. The bad part is that I have to go back tomorrow for the symposium I came for 😭😭 When I went back to the symposium, the next day, one of the women I told about the bedbugs and to check their bed, informed me she had also found bedbugs in her room(1104)!! Another woman came to me to tell me she had also cancelled her reservation and the front desk gave her attitude and stated "that issue was taken care of yesterday" which it absolutely was not!! More and more people have been coming to thank me for letting them know and potentially saving themselves from a disaster. I hope anyone who reads this review heeds my warning, I think this entire hotel is infested and the staff doesn’t give a crap!! I have also, posted this review on Yelp WITH pictures/videos! **Edit to add** | later found out that instead of the manager blocking off rooms 1106-1110 as she said she was going to do...they actually put people in those rooms AFTER I had complained about the bedbugs!! When the investigation was done by the health department, they said they found bedbugs in the occupied rooms (1106 & 1110) The health department had also said that this is the hotel they normally investigate!! Be careful out there y'all, stay safe. ALSO, the owners response to this review is a bold face LIE, as I had personally spoke with the health department after they did their investigation…She informed me that they would be making Best Western block off the hallway of rooms where I had found the bedbugs, AS WELL as the rooms above!! So for this owner to say that “there was no infestation found” just shows how little they care about your health and wellness.

Ants in the room. Looks like the bathroom is remodeled but for some reason the toilet isn't bolted down and the drain wasn't replaced and is rusted out. Main door to the parking lot needs repainting.

20 years ago, this may have been a nice hotel, but deferred maintenance makes this a one star. Bathroom door won’t shut Chips in Porcelin Rusty bathroom vents Very low ceilings Room furniture worn out Slow WiFi Mediocre location

A good room! Great bed, wonderful shower, and a nice breakfast. The only problem I saw was the lack of muffling or insulation, whatever they do to make it to where you can't hear every word of people as they walk past your room. Thank goodness there weren't many people that night. Because it sounds like they are actually in your room talking!

Tried to check in and all 3 of the night staff pretended they didn’t see us even after trying to make eye contact with 2 of them, leaving us at the counter to wait. Even verbally asked them to check me in, they said they’d be “right back” and walked off doing heaven knows what.
