Days Inn by Wyndham Casper

My family and I had an excellent stay. We originally planned to stay with a friend in Casper, WY, but the setup wasn’t suitable for kids. Leah went above and beyond to help us at the last minute and made sure we were taken care of. She was kind, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. Leah is truly a fantastic hotel manager, and we’re grateful for her help.

Great experience, manager was very helpful

The beds were good but when we got into the room It was a sauna with a weird smell. We come to find out that the hot water was running and steaming everything up. Was not able to shut it off . Bathroom had a burnt out light . Some foreign substance on the shower curtain and weird yellowish orange one the door. With the steam with the hot water not being to be shut off. The towel rack was rusting underneath.

Non attentive staff and NO RESOLUTION of double charges nor followup by mgt. NO CONTACT AT ALL.
