The staff is ALWAYS so amazing and helpful. Food was excellent, rooms were clean, hotel lobby was very well stocked and accommodating.
Room was clean and the front desk was very sweet
I checked into this Hilton Garden Inn using the Hilton app and was disappointed by the condition of the room upon arrival. The floors were visibly dirty, one of the beds had blood-stained sheets and pillows, and there were specks of dirt throughout the bedding. As someone who stays at Hilton properties approximately twice per week, I have generally had positive experiences, but this was by far the poorest room condition I have encountered in quite some time. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and unfortunately this room fell well below Hilton’s usual standards.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable..very good stay
Clean and not noisy. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice.
Not a good stay. Room was dirty bathroom floor sticky when we got here. TV didn’t work and the front desk lady had no backup with a full hotel. We waited an hour before finally just asking for a refund and she said they can only do 15% off of a $315 dollar room
Very awesome place. Newly remodeled. Only downside is their fan in the bathroom is motion detected. And turns back on no matter how many times you shut it off.
