I recently stayed at Yotel DC for the Warped Tour. The staff was amazing!! 4 Names - Dewan - Kyrie - Imani & Varche First person we met was Dewan and even though the entire place was completely packed she still went out of her way to get us to our room asap (we asked for an early check in) Also she helped us get our stuck drinks from the vending machine What a baller!! On the second night of our stay, the coffee machine was out of cups. Kylie at the desk, came up to the coffee spot but there was no more cups in the cabinet. He went down to the kitchen and got a mug for me. He got 2 just in case (super clutch) Then our last morning I couldn't find my friend who's phone (and locator died) and I was very much worried about her. The ladies at the front desk Imani & Varche went completely out of their way to help my find her even though they probably knew she was just wandering around the hotel (and she was) but I was taken very seriously in my moment of stress. I have stayed at hotels all over the world - New Zealand - Hawaii - London and the US. They ain't got nothing on the team I met at Yotel. They all deserve 20% raises

Stayed here when me and my wife went to Warped Tour. The room was clean, cozy and perfect size for what we needed. Not sure what this place normally cost but got a good deal on Cyber Monday. The staff were all attentive and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday as long as you put the sign on the door. Art and Spul, the restaurant connected to the hotel had great food albeit expensive. The only complaint isn't really a complaint because I'm not picky. Me and my wife stayed, they give 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per day. Plus one extra small towel we used as a shower bathmat. The toilet was the only real thing that was off. Doesn't have a traditional door but like a heavy glass door you close. Doesn't lock and has a gap. But honestly we didn't care. Location wise you're set. We walked to the Capital building in 10 mins. Very close to other monuments as well. Overall, I'd stay again.

I was disappointed with my stay. One of the biggest concerns was seeing a mouse in the dining area, which immediately raised questions about cleanliness and sanitation. The room also had a broken toilet that was not functioning properly when I arrived. Rather than having the issue resolved by staff, I ended up fixing it myself. Customer service was equally frustrating. Whenever I asked for assistance, I was repeatedly passed from one staff member to another without anyone taking responsibility for helping me. Check-in was also impersonal and unhelpful. I was simply directed to a kiosk, and there was no staff member available to answer basic questions or provide assistance. Overall, the combination of cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and lack of customer service made for a very poor experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

Perfectly fine for a place to sleep on a quick weekend trip, but the hotel is definitely starting to show its age and is getting to be a little worn down / gross. Wallpaper peeling, stained rug, and Doritos in the bed on arrival were unfortunate. Many of the USB plugs did not work, and even many of the outlets didn't. For $400 for one night, and having been there before, had higher expectations.

THERE WAS NOT RUNNING WATER FOR A WHOLE DAY IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL ,THEY FIXED BUT THEY TAKE SO LONG THAT WEI HAVE TO SHOWER THE NEXT DAY .

Came to visit my friend and spend time at the pool. Every ten minutes some attendee was coming to police us: you can’t sit there, you can’t touch that, you can’t do that. Literally the opposite of hospitality. No wonder your “bar / restaurant” is visibly failing.

This place was an interesting stay. It had its cons with parking due to the big city location, but parking was offered through the hotel. The rooms are clean. Very futuristic. Within being here for 5 minutes heard multiple people complaining about not having toilet paper in their rooms, though i didnt have that issue. The breakfast was decent if you wanted to pay for it. Checking in was odd... It was all done on a computer, but then when i wanted to pay/add parking to my reservation, i had to go and talk to the receptionist. Wasnt the worst stay.

How in the world can this be a four-star hotel? While the staff was friendly enough, the room was very, very small to the point where the bed is like a futon that actually has to slide out in almost touches the wall and it's extended. It has to be under 200 square feet 🤷 The in room amenities are very cheap.... Single ply toilet paper, nowhere to sit as there are no chairs, and no in-room coffee. The bathroom is not a separate room, the sink and vanity are right in the middle of the room which just feels so awkward I know this sounds so petty, but it just feels like cost savings measure for a four-star hotel, but there aren't even keycard jackets - it's a sticky note that goes on the key card for your room number. For $300 plus per night And all of the facility and amenity fees, it is just severely overpriced and not a good value at all, especially not categorized as a four-star hotel. I felt like I was staying at a hostel, not a four-star.

Woman in front desk unfriendly. Additional 70 dollars was taken out from my account for no reason. I called the front desk to ask about this but the service was terrible and I still dont understand why 70 dollars was taken.

Dreadful customer service at this hotel - rude and heartless, if you can get in touch with them in the first place. DC is full of good hotels, there are much better choices!
