Great place, great karaoke, great service

Great time for my birthday staff was so nice!

Such a fun time

Now don’t get me wrong, I have been coming to this establishment for YEARS but tn was actually something else. There was a new dj running karaoke this time (new as in I have never seen this man before ever) and he was kinda sassy like he was being a total diva. My friend went up just to ask where she was on the list bc they were planning to leave soon so if it wasn’t soon enough they would’ve removed themselves as to not take spots away from anyone else, he asked for her name and told her she was next, she attempted to clarify that she was just asking where she was and was not asking to be put up next. He cut her off and yelled at her that she “needed to relax” multiple times, she walked away. I let it slide bc I get it, they have a bunch of people here and if bro is unseasoned he’s getting the jitters or whatever. Then a different friend went up to put another song in (BECAUSE ITS KARAOKE AND THATS HOW THE WORLD WORKS) but there were no slips available(which again I haven’t seen happen there), she went up to ask and he kept telling her her name was on the list bc he confused a black girl with a white girl and she actually never put a song in. He mansplained nonsense to her she left bc obviously he’s not understanding anything at this point. This problem was brought to me as she was upset I went to the main bartender (short stack buzzcut) I thought we were bffs as he remembers me and my order everytime I go in, I tell him “hey I think the djs being kind of nasty” he says “no the dj is in order” (whatever that means) I try to explain the situations to him, he’s not letting me speak and then just grabs the mic and starts his nonsense reiterating “wherever you are on the list is when you’ll be called” WHICH WAS NOT EVER THE ISSUE. I go back to my friends and I tell them to wrap it up and close their tabs, he’s on the mic saying “wow this is hilarious” “hilarious” and we had to cut our wonderful evening short for to some unnecessary napoleon complex or something. I have no clue what happened tonight but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be back any time soon. Try harder do better.

So unsuspecting from the parking lot, the inside is so cool and big! The karaoke is so fun, you can literally pick any song. Antonio was such a good hype man behind the bar and he was making the best dirty Shirley!! Defo come with friends for a fun night especially if you’re local

One of the best karaoke bars around. I’m here in Long Island visiting and this place is so much better than the karaoke bars back home. Will 1000% be returning tomorrow.
