A remarkable experience & a must try if you’re in the area! The home is beautifully decorated, the room (I stayed in the Sherwood) was cozy, clean, and relaxing, the breakfast was amazing (quiche one morning and eggs Benedict the next), the staff friendly and welcoming, the extra touches to make guests feel welcome and comfortable (access to coffee and tea and snacks all day, the peace and tranquility), the location so close to downtown and shopping/restaurants… simply amazing!! I’ll stay here now every time I come to visit my daughter in college!

My annual trip to FoCo and staying at the Edwards House is a must. So appreciate the beauty of the rooms, the amenities, the breakfasts, and location is prime! See you again soon ♥️

My husband and I had the best experience staying at Edwards House to celebrate our One year wedding anniversary. We truly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back! The Lady Moon room we stayed in was very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The house is absolutely charming and beautiful! It definitely fulfilled my 1900 Victorian dreams! Breakfast was 10/10 and service was excellent! Our server Josh served us with such kindness and had great hospitality. He gave us great tips on exploring the town and even gave us an Edwards House key chain! Thank you Edwards House for having us ❤️ We will be back for sure!!! P.s my one request is to have soft background instrumental classical music playing while guests eat breakfast to match the vibe! Perhaps the Pride and Prejudice playlist 😁

the rooms beautifully decorated but small , noisy , didn't sleep, really disappointing

We stayed at the Edwards House for a wedding. Every detail was just perfect. The breakfast was amazing (and a great tea and coffee bar!) the staff were so kind and friendly and the room easy to sleep in. We also had the wedding in the yard and reception in the reception hall and it was so pretty. The staff went above and beyond to make the day just right for the happy couple. Highly recommend!!

It has all the charm you expect. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Their attention to detail is admirable. Our breakfasts were exceptional and way above average. The staff who are friendly and courteous while being professional prepare cookies at 3pm everyday. My favorite part was sitting on the front porch in the rocking chair and napping. We walked the neighborhood to admire the surroundings and in the evening to have dinner close by. I recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay there again.

It wasn’t stressful.

I just wrapped up a much-needed mommy stay-cation and had the absolute best time at the Edwards House in downtown Fort Collins! 💆‍♀️✨ I stayed two nights in the Giddings Room, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was so impressed with all the thoughtful touches—from the in-room coffee setup to the tea station in the lobby, everything was designed with care and comfort in mind. The bathtub was perfect for unwinding, and I loved spending time on both the front and back covered patios, not to mention the peaceful garden area in the back. The location is fantastic too—right next to the trolley stop 🚎 and within walking distance to some of my favorite gluten-free restaurants like The Rio, Jax Fish House, and Snooze. And let’s talk about breakfast—many of the room stays include a gluten-free-friendly breakfast that’s absolutely delicious! 🥐🍳 As someone who eats gluten-free, I really appreciated how accommodating they were. I’ve held meetings in their beautiful downstairs space before, but now that I’ve experienced an overnight stay, I can confidently say this will be my go-to spot moving forward. Thank you, Edwards House, for such an incredible and rejuvenating stay! 🌿💛

Super walkable location to a fun part of town! Beautiful house and room- love the heated bathroom floor! Josh made us a delicious breakfast in the morning (you get a choice of sweet or savory). Would certainly stay again.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Rooms were updated but stayed true to the house's well preserved age and culture. Very comfy beds and well designed bathrooms. Special shoutout to Becca who took care of us every morning for breakfast. Super sweet and even gave some dinner place suggestions... she's awesome! Thanks and we will be back!!

We stayed at the Edwards House, Lady Moon room for a week. Our son was graduating from CSU. The entire house was beautifully decorated, very clean and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location is just four blocks from Old Town. Walkable to the many restaurants and shops. I loved the complimentary beverage bar that included coffee, teas, iced coffee, lemon water and sodas. The freshly baked cookies each afternoon were delicious! I enjoyed sitting out on the porches. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely to walk through. There were complimentary bicycles as well. Breakfast was easy to schedule and tasty. I will definitely return and preferred The Edwards House over other places I’ve stayed in Fort Collins. I especially enjoyed our room but it was nice to have other places to go to when my hubby was watching his show or napping. I sat in the living room and on the two porches and read. You can ride the trolley on weekends.

Our stay at The Edwards House was nothing short of perfect. The charm of this old building makes you feel nostalgic while the beautiful updates and accents make it feel posh and polished. The bed was perhaps the most lovely mattress I’ve had the pleasure of resting on, and the cleanliness of the rooms & house was top-notch. And extra thank you to Chef Josh for making us a scrumptious breakfast in the morning, and helping us feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back to this unique location that is just a short (.4 miles) walk from downtown Fort Collins!
